Terms of Agreement: One Year
Plan A Basic: (Furnace and AC and Water Heater, two visits) – one-time payment of $210.00
Plan A Gold: (Furnace and AC and Water Heater, two visits) – one-time payment of $250.00

Plan B Basic: (Furnace and AC, two visits) – one-time payment of $190.00
Plan B: Gold (Furnace and AC, two visits) – one-time payment of $230.00

Plan C: Basic: (Just Furnace or AC, one visit) – $120.00
Plan C: Gold: (Just Furnace or AC, one visit) – $150.00

Plan D: (Heat Pump or Hybrid Heat Systems, two visits) – one-time payment of $230.00
Plan E: (Boiler only, one visit) – $175.00

Plan F: (Geothermal, two visits) – $375.00

** Note: If you own more than one unit, you get a $40 discount on your package for each additional unit. For example, if you have two furnaces, two air conditioners, and two water heaters, and you wanted to go with Plan A Gold, you would pay $210 for the first furnace, AC, and water heater, and $170 for the second furnace, AC, and water heater, bringing your total to $380 for the year.

***Note: If you are more than 25 miles away from St. Charles, IL on a Google Maps search from St. Charles to your address, there will be a $30 trip charge per year in addition to the cost of your plan (for plans with one visit) and a $50 trip charge per year (for plans with two visits). If you are more than 50 miles away, call us and we will discuss this with you further.
